The Family Of Eight is an independent group in Doha-Qatar created to reach out to the nation and the world in songs of worship annually. It was created based on a revelation that God gave to the founder and the visioner,  Mr. Opeyemi Ayodele in a night vision confirming his passion and desire to serve God in songs of worship and gospel music.

Because many are gifted with the same or similar passion and vision, they decided to come up with a group named “THE FAMILY OF EIGHT” which is made up of members from different assemblies or churches or congregations.

The purpose for which the group was created (The Family of Eight), is to bring together talented and gifted brethren who are willing and committed to serving God with their talents.

To create an independent brand fire filled gospel music singers who are committed to serving God and reaching out to people in the state of Qatar and other Countries in songs.

To create a spirit filled atmosphere where the presence of God can deeply felt. And to help lead the people in accessing the throne of grace through worship sessions or concerts.

We desire worship experiences that bring others into the very presence of the Lord, thereby allowing a profound opportunity for the Holy Spirit to touch souls, heal hearts, break the chains of bondage and ignite a passion for Jesus and the work of His Kingdom.

To share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship

To glorify God through the planning, preparing and presentation of culturally relevant and inspiring worship experiences that move people to respond to the work of Christ in their lives.
